    How to Order Bar Grating

    Standard Welded Carbon Steel, 1-3/16" Bearing Bar Centers,
    4" Cross Bars
    Specify:
    1. Bar thickness (1/8", 3/16", or 1/4" stock)
    2. Bar depth (1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" stock)
    3. Finish (mill/unpainted, painted, or galvanized)
    4. Smooth or serrated
    5. Width and length
    6. Quantity

    Options:
    Alloys: Carbon Steel standard, available in Aluminum, Stainless Steel or Fiberglass
    Assembly: Welded standard, available in Swaged, Dovetail pressure locked or Riveted
    Bearing Bar Depth: 3/4" ro 5" in 1/4" increments
    Bearing Bar Centers: (1-3/16" standard, available in 11/16" or 5/16" centers for closemesh ADA requirements
    Cross Bar Spacing: 4" standard, available in 2" centeres
    Ends: Flat bar ends untrimmed (uneven ends) standard, trimmed or flush ends optional
    Banding: Closed end with welded flat bar (open ends/not banded standard, banding optional)
    Size: Full panels or cut to size (24" or 36" x 24 ft. standard)
    Mounting Clips Available: Saddle (standard) or friction clips for anchoring
